All the phases will be developed in strict contact/cooperation with the Client, either a corporate Client or a Private.

As Studio Ziffer We design our interiors in various styles, from Classic style to Contemporary, through Ecletic, because we believe that the style of an Interior Design should vary according to the needs of our Clients and also according to the different architecture styles, therefore we believe, especially for Residential Projects, that an Interior Designer should work more or less like a Set Designer, following the trends mostly when requested but not mainly and only focusing on this issue.

Hotels and other spaces open to the public, should, on the contrary, in our “philosophy” reflect more the “spirit of the times” and our goal is to have them become “icons” for the exclusive international travelers, we believe that the “Minimalist Style” that has been done so often recently by other Designers is very much over, as the “Classic Ordinary Style” is as well, so a well balanced “fusion of Styles” is the best way to approach to such a theme as an Hotel or a Restaurant.

First Phase: Lay-Outs
The best suitable lay-Out for each space will be developed in many proposals and in phases, from preliminary sketches to more detailed plans and elevations
According to function, aesthetics, and location within the building.

Second Phase: Decoration Concept
To help the Client to imagine and visualize what the space will look like, according to the lay-out established in the previous phases, a series of plates will be introduced and presented to the Client, these are called Mood-Boards and they often regroup a sampling of photos from other projects books; magazines and also some colour samples, art references old books cut-outs and all items that, even if not directly related to the specific project could help to “bring” the Client towards the “necessary Mood” to understand our proposals.

Third Phase: RD renderings
Once all the choices are finalized, the fabric and colours defined and the furniture designed, we often produce high quality 3 dimentional computer “Renderings” in order to obtain an image as close as possible to the final result. (In this case the picture shows a 3D rendering of one of the bedrooms of the Rocco Forte’s Hotel de Rome in Berlin, that was produced 2 years before the completion of the final Bedroom visible at the following step..).

Fourth phase: Final Result
We were very satisfied, of the result, not only for the aesthetic result but also for the correspondence of the final photograph to the Computer generated image done so much before the execution…
